4pm-8pm a few days a week and every other Saturday 9-5pm.
Possible day time availability.
The Cashier/Receptionist is responsible for answering telephones, making deposits, filing, and assisting the Service Department with clerical responsibilities.
Assisting the Service Department with finalizing customer service and waiting on customers at the end of their appointment Closing out repair orders in the computer and ADP system Answering the phones in a prompt and pleasant manner Preparing and making deposits Filing assorted documents for both service and accounting departments Preparing pre-write appointment packets for the next day's service appointments Inputting of additional service requests Calculating payments and performing data entry Performing minor accounting and minor clerical work Closing out repair orders in the computer and ADP system Skills and experience required to be successful in this role include, but are not limited, to the following; Excellent customer service skills Pleasant and professional phone manners Attention to detail Ability to lift up to 10lbs Fred Beans Automotive is an equal opportunity and veteran friendly employer .
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
