Responsibilities:
? Greet customers upon entering in a friendly, professional manner ? Cashiering and data entry ? Filing and scanning ? Provide effective and courteous service to all visitors to our dealership ? Answer phones, directing calls to appropriate staff or taking messages ? Coordinate appointments for our clientele ? Effectively handle multiple priorities in an organized fashion ? Move cars for customers ? Ensure all customers have an excellent customer service experience REQUIREMENTS Customer Service Concierge Greeter (Automotive):
? Valid driver's license ? Background check and drug screen ? High School diploma ? Positive, mature, and professional attitude ? Professional appearance, excellent hygiene ?
